Shahrukh Khan :: Barking Again.....

Here we go,  Again.......
The Selfish SRK initiated it again....

..This time, it's not Baba Saheb Thakree
...This time it's not Saurabh Ganguly..
...... This time it's not Salmaan Khan..
.........This time not its Amir Khan.....
............This time it's not American Embassy
................This time it's not Angelina Jolie....

.....................This time it's Ramdev Baba. ...............

Hey!  listen what he is saying... as per his words quoted  by Times of India......."Koi support nahin karunga...unka agenda hai...jaise hi koi neta ho jata hai...voh yeh sab karne lagata hai (I will not support him...he's got an agenda...as soon one becomes a leader...he resorts to such kind of agitation)," Shah Rukh told reporters at the release of a theatrical trailer of his upcoming flick " Ra.One".

"Jo jiska kam ho, usko voh karna chahiye..agar koi neta ban kar karna chahta hai to that is not the right way to raise an issue (One should do what is appropriate for him or her. If anyone is trying to slip into shoes of a politician then that is not the right way to do it.)," he said appealing to youths not to fall prey to corruption.

You're right,  Mr. Khan as you said ".. Jo Jiska kam ho, usko voh karna chahiye.... WTF, are you doing in cricket field of Eden garden. WTF, are you doing commenting over him or her.....

I'm  personally not a great fan of any movie star but I start loathing this guy. Due to his selfishness, self-obsessions, insulting others including his own great seniors in the industry.

I agree,  he spend very prominent two decades in the industry, he is a only person in bollywood (as much as I know) who sheerly ride his luck so long. I amaze and puzzle, whenever I see him in big movie screen. He dont have any thing in him. In any sense, he is worst than any normal looking next door guy. But surprisingly,  people liked his over-dose of  overacting .

Ironically, instead of being humble to people and the country from where he belongs to. He always being self appraisal, self obsessive, cunning , over smart and insulting others by his talks or by his deeds.

He is shrewd. He is cunning business man. He is selfish.
I rarely remember,  if he talked something positive about any body. He has always critisize the country, the people, his co-workers.
The first and probably the last person who say..... I'm a King. <>

Quoting TOI of dated June-02-2011: The mega star said....."I am a selfish person who wants to be admired by his fans and well-wishers in bollywood and in public at large"

I owe my life to Bollywood: SRK   [IANS Jun 2, 2011, 05.49pm IST]
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/entertainment/bollywood/news-interviews/I-owe-my-life-to-Bollywood-SRK/articleshow/8695894.cms

Let;s check out the incidences, whenever he spoke , he spoke smelly. Every time, he opens his mouth,  he speaks negative.... negative about his country, negative about the people around him.

This time again, just to promote his film [Ra.One],  he started barking [I'm sorry SRK fans , I'm using this word, barking because for me, my country is utmost. Anybody, who so ever, will speak anything against will hurt not only me. But millions of people like me.]

Especially the guy who consider himself numero uno, having no manners , no responsibilies and care about millions of people's feeling.

Just a couple months ago, in IPL auction he did the same. He kicked out Sourav Ganguly (Dada) out.
Dada, the mascot of emotion of billions of fan.  'Prince of Calcutta', was kicked out so brutly, that too from his own city.

Last year , during IPL auction. Selector, The King Khan didn't take any pakistani player in his team.
But yes, , in his every interview, he never forgot to suggest other team owners that they should've taken Pakistanis in their teams. He was doing it, just to run his movies in Pakistan.

In most of his interviews, I heard him saying his roots are from Pakistan, Peshawar . That;s good man, I respect you as Pathan. But , hello... what you did for the people of your roots. Did you donate any thing to them ..... did you run any charity over there... They need your help crook..... infact whole Pakistan need help now.... go and contribute some.....
You cheap business minded... you're not going to do that....

It's again remind me, the incident of his last year's controversal movie promotion,  for "My Name is Khan".  He tried to use, lewd mantra for movie promotion.

One more great thing about great Khan  is,  he never able to maintain his relations to any one. He use the person and ditch them all the time.

Today,  he seems alone in the bollywood. The yester years [Karan - Arjun] now, not ready to see each others, eyes. As, I heard , he never get along with Farah Khan too, any more. Also I read that he is getting his differences with his close buddies.

This arrogant fellow doesnt like his co-stars . He cannot get along with his respected seniors in bollywood.

One more controversial fact is regarding filmfare awards, the stupid film like "MNIK" got last year's filmfare, ignoring blockbuster "Dabaang". This month "Dabaang" got national awards. But see the guts for Mr. SRK he openly says "If he wont get an award, he'll buy it."
This reason is enough evidence, why you should support anti-corruption moment. Because you himself a corrupt person in heart.

Hat's off to you Mr. Khan, his friends, his friends in bollywood and his fans.

This creature can only would that side where he seems to get his profit.

Now, the 2-G scam. Good going Khan saab. I understand this is just an allegations. But mind it without fire there's no smoke. He already said he's not going to support anti-corruption .. why he should? After all  his name is in the corruption list with flying colors .

Now,  the time has come Mr. Khan,  when you have to answer the nation about your arrogance. People of nation who have made you star,  you should thank them,  all the time rather trying to act (dump-smart).

Mr. SRK , your dedication to the nation would be,  keep your mouth shut and stop fingering here and there.

Earn some respect Mr. SRK , if you cant dont loose your self respect.

Enough is Enough ....Now the nation start hating you..

[All these are my own views , no offense to any one.... any comments from SRK fans welcomed....]

How to Cop with a Bad Boss...

Dealing With a Bad Boss is really difficult and worst situation. You never know the type of person, you have to deal with,  is going to be difficult and intolerable.
You cant help much in that situation  but what can help you is the tips or the strategies which I'm sharing with you all. This can help you coping with such nasty bosses.

Couple of years ago, when I was working in leading software company. We had a boss who drove all of us nuts. "Pee" would come to office at 9:30 AM and be in the office late till 9:30 PM sometime later.
And he would expect us to be in office before he comes and should leave along with him or after him.
In between,  he would be wandering the behind our shoulders several times a day to make sure what we're doing . He would give assignments but then micromanage it.

Above all, he would shout over every one and was so insecure,  to share any existing knowledge and project documents. So that,  people would go to him and every time he could say, you don't know this much.

Move over, he  rarely gave good performance reviews . Most of his time used to spend, in his Boss's office. When you would try to meet him every time, every body would get the same reply that he is not having time. He's busy.

He was the most ugliest person. His accent was weird. He didn't know how to talk. All the time,  he would be in anger. He was so insecure. After working so hard at least (12-14 hours per day) without charging a single penny overtime, even though he used to shout every in and out. And threat every other day regarding the job, since I was working as a contractor.

After facing,  daily humiliation one fine day.  I left the company. It was bit easier for me to leave as I was working as a contractor.

Maybe you have a boss who is like my boss. Or perhaps a boss who takes all the credit for himself. Maybe your boss thinks you have no life outside work and makes you stay late everyday. Or perhaps a boss who gives out too many tasks with impossible to meet deadlines (or constantly changing deadlines). Maybe your boss is a pathological liar. Or perhaps the boss plays favorites.

But please do keep in mind.

Not All Bosses Are Bad

As much as we like to complain about our bosses, a recent survey found that 79 percent of workers respect their bosses a great deal. The survey, by accounting and financial staffing company Ajilon Finance, also asked what were the most important traits for a boss to posses:

Leading by examples
· Strong ethics or morals
· Knowledge of the business
· Fairness
· Overall intelligence and competence
· Recognition of employees

Bad bosses -- whether ogres, control freaks, jerks, micro managers, or bumbling fools -- can be found in all organizations. Pop culture loves to make fun of bad bosses, from the pointy-haired boss in the Dilbert comic strip, to the completely insipid boss from "The Office," to the anal-compulsive and mean boss of the movie Office Space... but bad bosses are no laughing matter when you have to face him or her every working day. And, unfortunately, with the rightsizing of the last several years, there are probably more overworked and under trained bosses than ever. It's also possible, though, that bad bossing is just part of the organization's corporate culture.

One study found that almost 80 percent of the employees surveyed identified their boss as a lousy manager. And almost 70 percent in that study conducted by Delta Road stated that their immediate superior had "no clue" what to do to become a good manager. Author Harvey Hornstein, Ph.D., estimates that 90 percent of the U.S. work force has been subjected to abusive behavior at some time. He bases his conclusions on a survey of nearly 1,000 workers over eight years.

So, what can you do if you are working for a bad boss? This article will provide you with the tools you need to manage the situation as best you can, but remember that sometimes the only solution is transferring to a different part of the company -- or switching employers.

Make sure you are doing everything right

The first solution is an honest analysis of your actions and behavior. How have you been handling yourself in your job? Have you always taken the high road, or have you resorted to occasional backstabbing, gossiping, or under performing? If you're human, it's likely your bad boss has affected your performance, so try ignoring all these distractions and focus on your work to see if that changes anything. Find other sources of positive reinforcement for doing your job to the best of your abilities.

Compile a list of bad boss behaviors

The second solution is a bit more involved, but should be a cathartic experience for you. Make a list of all the things that your boss does that drive you nuts. Let the list sit for a few days and then review it again, adding or deleting activities upon further reflection. Next, rank the list from most annoying to least annoying. Pick the top two or three worst offenses and develop some suggestions for how your boss could act differently in those situations. Edit the suggestions to remove sarcasm or anger. Show the suggestions to a trusted friend who has no vested interest in the situation. Edit the suggestions again.

Once you feel comfortable that your suggestions are positive and helpful, consider scheduling a meeting with your boss to discuss. Perhaps suggest meeting outside the office for breakfast or lunch. Leave your emotions at the door, but be prepared for your boss to have an emotional reaction. It's possible that your boss is unaware of his/her actions, and this meeting could be very positive for all involved; however, it's also possible that the meeting will end badly.

Keep a journal of incidents

The third solution involves documenting each bad behavior of your boss in a journal. Don't judge or write emotional reactions; simply document the facts of the situation and how the bad behavior impacted your performance -- as well as others in the department. Again, this process may be enough to relieve you of the stress so that you can cope. However, at some point in the future -- perhaps as you are leaving for a new job -- you might consider taking the journal to a trusted colleague in human resources or even a mentor within the company.

Find a mentor with the company

If you love the company but hate the boss, another solution is to develop a mentoring relationship with a boss/supervisor in another part of the company. Mentoring is a fantastic strategy that you should consider even if you have a good boss because a mentor is someone who can help you in many ways, from offering advice to suggesting you for a promotion. And in coping with a bad boss, a mentor can be a good sounding board for you, and perhaps after you have documented all the offenses, someone who has the pull and the power to do something about your bad boss.

Report your bad boss

A last resort is reporting the bad actions/performance of your boss to his/her supervisor -- or to someone in human resources. While logic would hold that the company would not want a manager who is hurting performance or productivity, the reality is often that you become branded as a trouble-maker/whiner/complainer and your days at the company quickly become numbered.

Don't sacrifice your health or self-esteem

The worst thing you can do is simply to do nothing, hoping the problems will get resolved. No job, boss, or company is worth losing your health, sanity, or self-esteem. If you can't find a way to resolve these issues and/or your boss simply will never change his/her behavior, you should immediately start working your network and begin looking for a new job -- within or outside the organization. Again, if you love the company, a transfer might be the best option -- but keep in mind that your boss might be as evil as to sabotage that transfer. And try not to quit before you find a new job, but again, if work just becomes too unbearable, you may need to consider quitting to save yourself.

The above story is my true story, coping up solution I got inspired by the article at http://www.quintcareers.com/bad_bosses.html

Mysterious Creature: The Boss

Drag the Dragon : The Boss

By this time, the regular visitors of  Journeyallover (http://journeyallover.blogspot.com/)  might got an idea. How big fan, I'm of the world's most Mysterious creature, known as boss .

Late night, I was going through an article  in yahoo which states about  "how to make Boss Accountable". I like this idea to make the boss accountable.

Boss is an strange creature. Boss is an animal. Boss is a stupid-iest person in the world. Boss is a most bad looking and smelly object in the globe.
Or like the reading suggesting so many synonyms about Boss.... Imperious, officious, high-handed, authoritarian, dictatorial, controlling. These are all the synonyms for 'Bossy' which comes from the word boss.

The reality is the Boss is a lier. Boss is a person, who can turn back from his words any time he\she likes.
Boss can be much more dangerous, when in actual he has to report his boss.  Now it's your duty to make yourself save.

Boss is a most untrusted human being. But .. But .. But..  sadly you can't do much about that.
However, that doesn't mean your boss can get away with murder . Here's are some tips and tricks to make your boss accountable.

Tip Number 1 :  Write Down Everything

And don't just write down what your boss says, but feed in the context. If you have an unruly domineering dude, a trail of evidence that stitches together witnesses and paper will ensure a flawless escape if you are made a scapegoat. Every time your boss asks you to do something, write it down. Every time he asks you to cancel something, write it down. Every time he engages you in something away from an on-going project . . .you know the drill.

While keeping a diary is slightly creepy, maintain an Online Document (Google Docs, for the win!) that you can snap open from your Bookmarks, add a note and close it. Sort it by date.

Know How Much He's Giving You

Every time your boss assigns you a new project, find out (from him, or elsewhere) how much time it's going to take. Now add that to your current workload, and divide it by the number of hours of your working day.

Now factor in the deadline your boss has given you. This will allow you to negotiate with him, more time.

Make Everything Measurable

Numbers. Figures. Payment amounts and account numbers.

You have to get the Who-What-Where-When-Why down on paper, or at least set a reminder to get them on a later date.

It'll make your work more efficient (and who doesn't like an efficient employee), and this clarity of thought won't let you bungle up anything.

For key details, ask him via email so you have electronic proof of what he told you.

Get Evidence
Everything factual must be documented somewhere.

It doesn't have to be email. Whip out your lap top's camera during in-house to take minutes of the meeting.

If he's told you something verbally, send him a mail at the end of the day with a brief of his statements (facts only!) and how you're working on it.

Don't give a Damn about Vague Statements
I don't.

I ignore statements like "It may be likely…" or "sometime in the near future", unless I can follow them up later on with discussion (and facts). In the optimism of a meeting-gone-well, the boss man may project his future aspirations onto some present context - and you could infer an uncertain statement like "We must grow…" to mean that the company will be expanding soon.

Be Shameless
It's possible that the lukewarm nature of  managerial precision doesn't expect such exacting standard employees; it removes the essence of power, mystery and legality of having people working under you.

But trust me - its worth it
