Emotional Resilience

About Resilience

Since many years I have been going though different experience with human relationship, all over. Here all over, I mean, in my personal relationship , in professional relationship, in friendship. I was kind of feeling drastic shift in terms of .... how I use to see the human relationship.

I never knew what was going on, why people was behaving differently. Somewhere I realized .. it may not be possible every person on the earth is against me.. There might not be something wrong inside me. So here was the tipping point for me to research on myself.  Honestly after spending some significant time on researching my self. I didn't get anything wrong within - in treating the people or my behavior for others. But still somewhere something was not right....

After lot of reading and researching.. I finally got one psychology term
- Emotional Resilience.
Resilience means one face stresses and challenges and bounce back and recover and in doing so one can enrich one's life. In simple resilience means learn from your mistake not avoid making the mistakes. Or face the stress not eliminate them. Rebound from your failures. It's an ability to bounce back.

Definition of
resilience (by mw.com)1  the capability of a strained body to recover its size and shape after deformation caused especially by compressive stressan ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change

Psychological definition of Resilience - How researchers look at resilience

1. Positive outcome despite high risk status
2. Competence in the face of stress
3. Adapting to trauma
4. Using challenges for growth to make future hardships more manageable.

How to cultivate Resilience

Be patience - don't be so reactive. I use to react every other thing which I ears would not like. So lesson I learned is by practicing patience.

Be Optimistic - becoz nothing is forever, if you're seeing the adverse situation right now, it is temporary state of the time. Be Optimistic and be patience this will adverse time will also pass away.

Do meditation - whatever belief you follow and what ever religion or super power your follow. Get spiritual and do meditation . Something like Yoga or and physical activity\exercise will help.

Be
Genuine - Be your own, in the process of changing .. don't try to become something else, that will more harmful then helpful.

Get Social
- no not talking about social media.. avoid social media I would recommend. Try to get social and active in social activities - I know it's difficult if you're not social being like me..

I've always been mistaken as arrogant dude - even though that is not true. I hardly have any words to share when it comes to social gathering. I'm like a person.. 'more the crowd more lonely and gloomy  I would be' . So it's very hard for me in social activities.
But believe me being social sometimes with like-minded people helps to cultivate Resilience.

Self Confidence- Try to get self confidence as much as you can , you can get it by being coming out your comfort zone and try to get bit social. Or do one construct thing in  a day. Even a small accomplishment will help you to get more self confidence.

Self Awareness- one of the most important ingredient to cultivate Resilience is self awareness. One must  knowing the needs- knowing what one  need, what one don’t need, and when it’s time to reach out for some extra help.

Leveraging  your strengths  while developing the missing one is important aspect of getting the edge over what we're looking for.  for example my strong strength is Continuous learning - and I'm planning to use this as a tool to develop my missing attribute (ie. resilience)

Be mindful, it's not a one day pill to get you there, it's a process .. a continuous  process - a journey. This is something which I plan for myself to start this journey of cultivating emotion resilience. If you're with me comment below -  let's peer review each other and get to the pinnacle of cultivating resilience.

What is Pollination Process?

What is Pollination ?
Pollination is a process of  taken pollen grains from an anther, the male portion of a flower, are transferred to a female part in the flower, known as the stigma. In order for pollination to be successful, the pollen grains transferred must be from a flower of the same species.
After the pollen grains land on the stigma, they create a pollen tube through the length of the style or stalk connecting the stigma and ovary. Once the pollen tube is complete, the pollen grain will send sperm cells from the grain down to the ovary. When the sperm cells reach the ovary and the egg cells, fertilization will occur, which will result in the formation of the seed. The seed will then be released from the parent plant and will be able to grow into a plant and continue the reproductive cycle using the method of pollination.

How bees pollinate flowers?
Look at video, the flowers provide bees the nectar and pollen, which is collected by bee. Then bee provide flowers with the means to reproduce, by spreading pollen from flower to flower , this process is called pollination.
Note : pollination helps plants to create seeds.
